Existing Certifications
hSo have been a client of Teamwork IMS since 2012, initially certifying to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 20000 (service management) – and later, to ISO 14001 (environment). Post certification, hSo have continued to work with Teamwork, who provide a managed service to support hSo with the ongoing maintenance of their integrated management system.
Extension to Scope
Recently hSo sought Teamwork’s support to extend the scope of their information security management system to include ISO 27017 (Information Security for Cloud Services) and ISO 27018 (Protection of PII in the Cloud), in support of their cloud solutions.
Over a six-month period, our Consultants collaborated with hSo to lead them successfully through this extension to scope. Continual communication and effective delivery of tasks, together with weekly feedback, ensured any challenges were navigated together.
