ISO 20000 Certification Success!
Congratulations to Virtuoso in achieving ISO 20000 certification!
Virtuoso are an IT support provider specialising in the Microsoft Cloud and had already achieved ISO 27001 certification.
Whilst largely the business adhered to ITIL principles, Virtuoso engaged Teamwork IMS, to take them a step further and support the organisation in establishing a service management system that would provide further assurance to its clients of the organisation’s high levels of service and professionalism.
Unfazed by the challenges of COVID, Virtuoso set themselves a firm deadline of achieving certification in just 4 months, which was no mean feat, particularly during a time of dynamic growth.
Teamwork’s certification programme provided Virtuoso with efficiencies in operation, most notably in the areas of service design, planning and deployment, problem and change management.
Well done to the team, who worked seamlessly but remotely throughout – even the external certification assessment was remote!
