Client Overview

Eurosets are a global leader in cardiopulmonary, extracorporeal life support and blood management technology.  Their UK division, Eurosets UK Limited, operate through a home‑based team, supported by a logistics hub in Bradford.

As the NHS is one of the primary markets for Eurosets UK, the organisation must comply with their Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment, demonstrating transparent carbon reporting aligned with the NHS net zero roadmap, and meet the UK Government’s modern slavery assessment requirements to support NHS tendering.

To meet these combined obligations, Eurosets UK appointed Teamwork IMS to assess its sustainability maturity, develop its organisational carbon footprint and a PPN006 Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP).  We also provided specialist support to strengthen its modern slavery compliance and complete the Government’s Modern Slavery Assessment Tool (MSAT).

Project Objectives

Teamwork IMS was commissioned by Eurosets UK to:

• Assess their current alignment with NHS Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment and UK governments Modern Slavery Assessment Tool (MSAT) requirements 
• Identify gaps and improvements in sustainability practices, policies and reporting 
• Establish an organisation-wide carbon footprint, compliant with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol 
• Develop a PPN 006 compliant Carbon Reduction Plan 
• Support completion of the Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment and Modern Slavery Assessment Tool (MSAT)   

Approach

1. Evergreen Sustainable Supplier & Modern Slavery Readiness Assessment 

Teamwork IMS carried out a detailed review of the Eurosets UK policies, sustainability data and existing compliance documentation.  Using the Evergreen Sustainable Supplier and Gov.UK Modern Slavery Assessment criteria, we evaluated readiness levels and identified improvement priorities. 

2. Policy Development & Process Strengthening 

Based on the gap analysis, Teamwork IMS supported Eurosets UK to: 

• Implement new sustainability and ESG‑related policies 
• Strengthen existing processes and evidence trails 
• Engage relevant internal and external stakeholders 
• Improve documentation for both sustainability and modern slavery standards 

 3. Carbon Footprint Calculation & PPN006 Compliant Carbon Reduction Plan 

Teamwork IMS developed the organisational carbon footprint for Eurosets UK, following GHG Protocol standards and PPN006 expectations. We then produced a fully compliant Carbon Reduction Plan ready for publication as part of NHS procurement submissions. 

4. Completion of the Evergreen Sustainable Supplier and Modern Slavery Assessment Tool (MSAT) 

Finally, Teamwork IMS assisted Eurosets UK in completing the Evergreen Sustainable Supplier and Modern Slavery Assessment, ensuring all supporting evidence, assessments, and statements met government requirements resulting in a successful rating suitable for NHS tendering.

Outcome

Through this project, Eurosets UK gained the data, structure and long‑term strategy needed to meet NHS sustainability and procurement standards covering both environmental and social responsibility requirements, including modern slavery compliance. 

Teamwork IMS and Eurosets UK have worked together to confidently maintain progress through the Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment and to continue strengthening the organisation’s credentials as a responsible, future‑ready supplier.
