LISI AEROSPACE’s Rugby site implements ISO 26000 (Social Responsibility)

Having previously implemented the guidance provided in ISO 26000 (Social Responsibility) at the Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône site in France, LISI AEROSPACE were keen to widen the scope of this to include its Rugby site in the UK.
Teamwork IMS was delighted to support LISI AEROSPACE’s Rugby site in preparing for their ISO 26000 external evaluation with Ecocert. Over the course of 8 weeks, we worked closely with the local team to develop a stakeholder matrix, materiality matrix and a comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report.
The report was uniquely reflective of the Rugby site’s achievements and people-first ethos, aligning with the LISI AEROSPACE Group’s corporate governance framework and values and laid a strong foundation for the Rugby site’s CSR narrative and readiness for external evaluation.
Teamwork IMS’s role also included guiding the Rugby site through preparation for, and participating in, the three-day external evaluation, ensuring they were well equipped to showcase their commitment to Social Responsibility. What made this project particularly rewarding was the strong relationship built with the local team. Our consultants took the time to understand their operations, culture and community impact – from senior leadership to shop floor teams.
By acting as an extension of the LISI AEROSPACE team, we were able to support LISI AEROSPACE and provide clarity and continuity throughout the external evaluation process. The success of this project has further strengthened our partnership with LISI AEROSPACE, and we’re proud to have played a role in highlighting their local impact.
