Our Consultants

Teamwork consultants are multidisciplined and manage a broad range of ISO and other standard based service improvement programmes. We have very significant experience in development and implementation of multi standard integrated management systems which ensure that our customers achieve their service improvement objectives with all of the associated economies and efficiencies in programme design, implementation and maintenance.

Teamwork’s highly experienced CLAS consultants have met the high qualifying standards of CESG (a division of GCHQ) the UK Government’s National Technical Authority for Information Assurance. This allows Teamwork’s CLAS approved consultants to provide guidance and advice to government departments in line with current HMG policy.

Fixed Price

Teamwork's considerable experience in the implementation of certification programme management means that we are able to offer fixed price contracts for the entire programme, tailored to your organisation. So, your budget is clear from the outset and there will be no surprise extra fees. Where there is a requirement to implement multiple standards simultaneously, this is especially cost effective for our clients. Alternatively, where our clients wish to add new standards to their portfolio, we are well positioned to assess their status without going back to base one enabling us to integrate their management systems as they develop.

Accredited Assessment Bodies

Within the UK, Teamwork recommend ISO standards assessment and certification organisations that are accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). UKAS is the sole national accreditation body recognised by government to assess organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services against internationally agreed standards. Accreditation by UKAS demonstrates the competence, impartiality and performance capability of these evaluators. Teamwork will assist your organisation in identifying a suitable assessment body and/or assessors who will be in a position to add value to your assessment process and therefore to your organisation.
