Fixed Price
Teamwork's considerable experience in the implementation of certification
programme management, means that we are able to offer fixed price contracts for
the entire programme, tailored to your organisation. So, your budget is clear
from the outset and there will be no surprise extra fees. Where there is a
requirement to implement multiple standards simultaneously, this is especially
cost effective for our clients. Alternatively, where our clients wish to add new
standards to their portfolio, we are well positioned to assess their status
without going back to base one and to integrate their management systems as they
develop.
Taking a pragmatic, business-focused approach, Teamwork begins by conducting a
gap analysis to identify the overall activities necessary to bring the
organisation into line with the required standard(s). Once the actions have been
agreed, Teamwork will manage the certification programme to maximise the
results. We do not simply compile a list of actions - we drive the
implementation programme for you, to minimise the impact on the organisation's
resources, and to achieve certification in the required timescales. A principal
feature of our approach is to draft as much of the required documentation as
possible, for appropriate members of the organisation to review, rather than
leaving anyone to start with a blank sheet of paper.
Teamwork typically maintains a long term relationship with clients and continues
to manage their certification programmes whilst also working with them to
develop their wider management systems. In this way our clients reap the

Accredited Assessment Bodies
Teamwork only use assessors accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation
Service (UKAS -
www.ukas.com) to carry out
assessment and certification against the relevant standards. UKAS is the sole
national accreditation body recognised by government to assess, against
internationally agreed standards, organisations that provide certification,
testing, inspection and calibration services. Accreditation by UKAS demonstrates
the competence, impartiality and performance capability of these evaluators.
Teamwork will assist your organisation in identifying a suitable assessment body
and/or assessors who will be in a position to add value to your assessment
process and therefore to your organisation.
